We challenge ourselves and our collaborators to create and nurture a culture of innovation to achieve lasting outcomes.
Phase 1
Discover: We begin the journey by finding out a little bit about you - who you are, what are your issues, what resources and how much time you have.
Research: We gather information by conducting interviews with all sorts of people, we may even embed ourselves in your organisation and we will definitely talk to each other a lot.
Explore: We imagine future possibilities and explore all the options. We just might mess around with things, and this is the bit where we sometimes break stuff.
Share: We share our discoveries with you.
Phase 2
Re-discover: We go back to the beginning again - we might need to find out a little bit more about you. We go back over our material, and fill in any gaps.
Test: this is the bit where we make sure we fixed all the stuff we broke before.
Implement: We collaborate with you, your IT people and your project teams.
Share: We share our findings with you, you share your discoveries with us.
Phase 3
Share and celebrate: If we haven’t given you something real (that means something more than just a report) in exchange for you allowing us to spend some time messing about and having a lot of fun, then we have failed. This is where we create a special celebration to thank you.
But it is never the end! We check back in with you regularly, to see how you’re travelling
